The Dynamic Group began in 1988, offering air, land and sea freight services. Amongst a wide client base, the film and TV industry became regular users. ATA Carnets often required, to facilitate easy movement of equipment.
Ensuring they could access all services in one place made sense, saved time and improved cohesion. Developing the skills to supply ATA Carnets was a logical extension of the facilities Dynamic offered.
We genuinely believe that superior service for our business partners matters. The ethos which built a freight business should apply equally to providing an ATA Carnet, including specialist support and advice.
As more clients began to use our ATA Carnet service, they mentioned this to their industry colleagues. Word spreading of a facility where customers mattered and as importantly, so did accurate documentation.
Demand increased and we were fortunate to find dedicated staff to help meet this. As with any service business, however detailed your planning, provision is only as good as the quality of people you offer.
With their input, we have won a national award for our ATA Carnet service and try to support UK, or international bodies in developing provision worldwide.
Although we still have a great relationship with the freight division, Dynamic Dox is essentially a separate business. What began as a supportive add on has become the leading UK provider of ATA Carnets.
